It involves a situation where the current Buyer of the Motor vehicle has Original Logbook, Copy of ID & KRA pin or Certificate of Incorporation & KRA pin for Company, Filled Transfer form C, Motor Vehicle Sale agreement,BUT CAN’T LOCATE OR FIND THE SELLER. SOLUTION visit the NTSA HEAD QUARTERS OFFICE IN UPPER HILL with the following. Affidavit from a Lawyer, a tape lift from CID, The original Logbook, seller ID & KRA PIN copies , Sale Agreement, Transfer Form C, current buyer ID & KRA PIN copies. Current Buyer MUST have registered for NTSA TIMS account for successful payment of Purchase Tax , Transfer fees & Logbook Fee. Does Njugunas Cyber facilitate? The answer is NO. We only come in when the current buyer Accept the Force Transfer on his NTSA TIMS Account.

KRA RETURNS PERIOD involves the OBLIGATION of the Tax Payer INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX Returns between 1 st January and 30 th June VAT OBLIGATION Returns are filed and tax payable before the 20th of the following month. PAYE OBLIGATION Returns are filed by an employer and tax payable monthly on or before the 9th day of the following month. RENTAL OBLIGATION Returns are filed and tax payable before the 20th of the following month. At Njuguna’s Cyber we facilitate with the Individual Income returns, Advance Tax for Motor vehicle , Presumptive Tax, VAT nil returns and Rental Income .
